She was born in Kerala & raised in Goa. She completed her BAMS, securing 6th rank in Goa University. Ayurveda was incorporated into her life from her younger age and the love for this Ancient Science Of Life grew up with her.
She was blessed to be under the guidance of many luminaries of Ayurveda throughout her academics & clinical career. She has been practicing since 2012, with a focus in Skin & Hair Health, Women's Health, Dietetics & Nutrition and Clinical Yoga.
She also conducts Awareness workshops for Indian & International Ayurveda enthusiasts.
